Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Returned in their original packaging with tags attached

Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, hair contamination, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@forma2europe.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available depending on stock availability. Please contact us before returning the item to confirm availability. For exchange requests, contact us at contact@forma2europe.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@forma2europe.com.
